# SAVANT-AI

> SAVANT-AI, Inc. (San Francisco, California; founded in Silicon Valley in October 2022) runs one flagship program for executive teams: The SAVANT-AI Leadership Transformation, a customized AI enablement program. It moves every leader from asking AI questions to building the Skills and Agents that run their real workflows, and then to sharing what works with their teams. Led by co-founders Matt Burton and Christian Burton. 500+ leaders trained.

## The program

The engagement runs from the first survey to Demo Day, a little over a month. It has five parts:

1. Setup & Survey (before Launch Week): a setup guide for the client's AI platform, coordinated with their IT team, and a survey of every leader's role, daily workflows and goals.
2. Launch Week (Monday to Friday): a Monday group launch for all leaders; a private 90-minute personal deep dive for every leader, led by both co-founders, where each leader builds the Skills, workflows and tools that matter most in their own role; a Friday roadmap session on sharing, policy, governance and safety, where every leader sets a 30-day roadmap.
3. 30-Day Core & Explore: leaders prove their tools in real work, keep what is productive and safe, drop what isn't, and share proven tools with their teams.
4. Roadmap Demo Day (day 30, 90-minute group session): each leader shows the workflows they kept, with results shown, and presents a 12-month vision: scale what's proven, explore what's next.
5. Outcome, Proven Productivity: leaders already productive and safe with tools they built and own, results visible, and building on them.

What is taught: advanced prompting (including the SAVANT R.O.C.K. prompt: Roles, Outcome, Context, Know-how), scheduled prompts, Skills (assistants) and 24/7 agents, each tied to the leader's own role and responsibilities. Every tool is tested against three lenses: possible, safe, profitable.

Every engagement includes Setup & Survey, Launch Week, 30-Day Core & Explore, Roadmap Demo Day with a 12-Month Vision, a private program microsite (live for the 30 days, and longer if the client continues with SAVANT-AI) and a custom PDF handbook the client keeps.

## Who you'll work with

- Matt Burton, Founder & CEO: eighteen years in private banking and investment management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and UBS; United States Marine; BA, Columbia University; MBA, Cranfield School of Management; AI certificate, Stanford; has trained 500+ leaders.
- Christian Burton, Co-Founder: twenty-six years building with technology; architects SAVANT-AI's agentic systems; co-delivers every session.

## Investment

- $25,000 for up to 15 leaders, including the CEO.
- Each additional leader: $1,500. Maximum 20 leaders ($32,500), so every deep dive fits in Launch Week.
- The CEO is always one of the leaders.
- Payment in full secures the client's Launch Week on the calendar. Nothing is held before payment.
