1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of savant-ai.com and to services you book or buy from SAVANT-AI, Inc. ("SAVANT-AI," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Engagement Agreements
Each client engagement is set out in a Statement of Work or other written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement governs. Other SAVANT-AI websites and properties may have their own terms, and those terms apply when you use them.
3. Services
SAVANT-AI provides AI advisory and training for executive teams. Our program is The SAVANT-AI Leadership Transformation, a customized AI enablement program for an executive team.
- The engagement fee is $25,000 for up to 15 leaders, including the CEO.
- Additional leaders are $1,500 each, up to 20 leaders in total.
- Additional 90-minute sessions and ongoing advisory are arranged separately on request.
We provide advisory and training only. We do not implement, connect, or operate systems on a client's behalf.
4. Fit Calls
A fit call is a 30-minute call booked through Calendly. The following terms apply:
- The fee is $500, paid at booking through Stripe.
- The fee is credited in full toward the engagement fee if the engagement is paid within 60 days of the call. Otherwise, it is non-refundable.
- You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you do not attend, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited.
- A fit call does not reserve a Launch Week (the week of group sessions and personal deep dives) or any other date.
5. Payment and Scheduling
- The engagement fee is paid in full in advance. No dates are held on the calendar until full payment is received.
- The engagement fee is non-refundable once received.
- You may reschedule the engagement once at no charge with at least ten business days' written notice, as set out in your Statement of Work.
6. How Engagements Are Delivered
- Sessions are held virtually (for example, on Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or in person by arrangement.
- Clients set up and use their own AI accounts and licenses (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) under their own policies and their agreements with those providers. Clients are responsible for those accounts and for how their teams use them.
- We do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Clients should not share protected health information or other regulated data with us unless we have agreed to it separately in writing.
- Sessions may be recorded or transcribed, including with an AI note-taking tool, only with the knowledge of the participants. A client may ask that sessions not be recorded.
7. Deliverables and Intellectual Property
- Program microsite: Each client receives a private program microsite, available during the 30-day program and longer if the client continues working with us.
- Handbook: Each client receives a custom PDF handbook, licensed to the client for its internal use.
- Our materials: SAVANT-AI keeps all rights in its frameworks, methods, and materials, including SAVANT R.O.C.K.™, and in all content on this website. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as your engagement agreement allows.
- Your materials: The client keeps its own data and the work its leaders build during the engagement.
- Learnings and references: We may use anonymized, non-identifying learnings to improve our methods. We name a client or quote a person only with permission.
8. Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us during an engagement as confidential unless the client agrees otherwise. Specific confidentiality terms may be set out in the engagement agreement.
9. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our services are advisory and educational. We do not guarantee specific business results. AI tools can produce inaccurate output, and AI changes quickly. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI output and for decisions made with it. Our services are not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
10. Website Use
When using this website, you agree not to:

11. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Zoom or Microsoft Teams for sessions. This website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
12. Disclaimers

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless an engagement agreement provides otherwise.
